At Raj Fashion Academy, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our courses, Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Course & Consulting Services
2.1 Cancellation Before Commencement
- Cancellation 7+ days before course start: 100% refund minus processing fee
- Cancellation 3–6 days before course start: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before start: No refund
2.2 Cancellation After Commencement
- Within 24 hours of first session: 50% refund of remaining sessions
- After 24 hours of first session: No refund applicable
- For consulting services, once a session is delivered, it is non-refundable
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Email us at rajfashionacademy@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request – [Order ID]"
- Include your full name, registered email, order/enrolment ID, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- PhonePe / UPI payments: 5–7 business days
- Net banking / Debit cards: 7–10 business days
- Credit cards: 7–14 business days (depending on your bank)
- International payments: 10–15 business days
Note: Processing times are from the date of refund approval, not the date of request.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after course commencement
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior intimation
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions resulting in access revocation
- Promotional, discounted, or scholarship-based enrolments (unless stated otherwise)
6. Disputes
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, please write to rajfashionacademy@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
