2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day
A confirmation email with order details will be sent upon successful payment
You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

3.2 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000
Standard shipping: ₹50–₹150 depending on weight and destination
Express delivery (where available): Charges calculated at checkout

4. International Shipping

4.1 Delivery Timelines

South Asia (Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh): 7–10 business days
Southeast Asia & Middle East: 10–15 business days
USA, UK, Europe, Australia: 14–21 business days
Other regions: 15–25 business days

4.2 Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
All charges are displayed in INR; your bank may apply conversion fees
Minimum international shipping charge: ₹800

4.3 Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient
Raj Fashion Academy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier partner's website or contact us for assistance.

6. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability, re-delivery charges may apply
Orders returned to us will be reshipped after confirmation and payment of re-delivery fees
Unclaimed international shipments may be subject to disposal after 30 days

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
For lost shipments, raise a complaint within 10 days of expected delivery

8. Non-Serviceable Areas
